I had been car shopping for about a month and a half and was fully ready to purchase a 2002 CRV from somebody's grandma to just be done with the whole hellish process but luckily was able to get in contact with this dealer via the Costco certified used program. Cyntia was extremely responsive and kind and was fantastic to communicate through text with and helped me secure a fantastic deal. Michael was super nice and knowledgeable through the whole financing process and helped me out with great deals on some warranties and was able to get me a better APR than my credit union. After dealing with so many skeezy car salespeople these folks definitely made the process much more bearable.

Took my car at 9am for a warranty recall fix on my AC I was treated with so much kindness and professionalism! By Edgar in service. I was dropped back home and picked up around 3:30 when my car was done! Don't go anywhere else! Come to honda of Pasadena! I am beyond words! Very happy I was burning up! so blessed Didn't think they'd be done the same day! THANK YOU! Edit: most people add bad things after but they actually put screws into my splash guard that was always hanging all the time! I usually have to be fixing it every other week!!! I didn't ask or bring it up! Shows how much they care about their loyal consumers! THANK YOU!
